Jennifer Baker

Jennifer Baker has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at MVP Health Care in 2012 as a Customer Care Representative and later became a Preventive Health Outreach Coordinator. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Medicaid Quality Specialist before becoming a Program Manager in 2016. Jennifer worked in these positions until 2018. In 2019, they joined AmeriHealth Caritas as a Lead HEDIS Data Reviewer.

Jennifer Baker obtained a Master's Degree in Health Care Leadership from Capella University from 2014 to 2017. Jennifer also earned two Graduate Certificates in Health Care Leadership from the same university from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Crucial Conversations from Vital Source in 2016 and Lean Six Sigma- Green Belt in 2014.
