Jerome Schorr

Jerome Schorr, MHSA, CPHQ, currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at AmeriHealth Caritas, where responsibilities include enhancing workplace culture and executing organizational vision through effective engagement with team members. With a robust background in quality management and provider network operations, Jerome has implemented quality improvement programs that have significantly benefitted approximately 125,000 health plan members. Previous roles include Director of Quality Management and Group Practice Manager at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, where Jerome played a pivotal role in establishing the first Hematology/Oncology Clinic and in realizing the Patient-Centered Medical Home initiative. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hartwick College, complemented by a certification as a Master Resilience Trainer from the University of Pennsylvania.
