Jim Laughman currently serves as the President of PerformCare & ID/DD Solution at AmeriHealth Caritas since July 2018. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Executive Director at PerformCare from June 2014 to July 2018 and was also the Executive Director at the County of Lancaster from June 2004 to June 2014.
