Kaiya Braham

Kaiya Braham currently serves as a Health Equity and Quality Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2023. Previously, Kaiya held the position of Clinical Performance Coordinator at Mercy from July 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining data reporting processes and facilitating Health Equity action plans. During a tenure as a Quality and Patient Safety Administrative Fellow, Kaiya engaged in process improvement, data analysis, and observed executive leaders to gain insights into healthcare administration. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Tulane University, managing club sports operations, and a Policy and Research Internship focused on enhancing healthcare access. Kaiya also contributed to health education as a Resident Intern at Eden House and conducted research at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Xavier University of Louisiana.
