Karen Johnson

Karen Johnson is an accomplished communications and project management professional with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since July 2017, Karen has also held multiple roles at Elsevier since January 2013, including Project Manager for Global Book Production and Smart Content in Health Sciences. Notable previous positions include Freelance Vendor Manager and Freelance eBook Manager at Wolters Kluwer Health, where Karen oversaw vendor performance for textbooks and managed eBook production processes. With a long-standing career at Wolters Kluwer Health from 1992 to 2010, Karen excelled as Director of Journals Production and managed diverse teams in prepress and manufacturing operations.
