Larry Baider

Larry Baider has extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and human resources.

Larry currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Management, Leadership & Learning at AmeriHealth Caritas. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at ADP, specializing in future of work strategies.

From 2019 to 2022, Larry served as the Senior Vice President of People Strategy & Human Resources at Genesis Healthcare, where they led all HR functions and contributed to the organization's strategy as a member of the executive team. Larry also held the role of Vice President of People Strategy, Talent & Learning at Genesis Healthcare, where they led talent management, performance management, and leadership development efforts.

Before their time at Genesis Healthcare, Larry worked at BAYADA Home Health Care from 2011 to 2019. In their role as Enterprise Leader, they were responsible for driving a culture of performance and development across all operational units and functional teams. Larry also served as a People Leader, creating and leading the first embedded people office for the home health business unit.

Throughout their career, Larry has demonstrated expertise in creating talent strategies, optimizing data, and implementing development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Larry Baider earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from Temple University in the years 1982 to 1987. Larry continued their education by obtaining a Master's of Arts degree in Leadership from Seton Hall University from 2002 to 2005. In 2015 to 2017, Larry earned a Graduate Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Recently, in 2019 to 2020, they acquired a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. Larry Baider also completed the Coach Training Program from Coach U (ICF Accredited Program) between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Leadership Circle Profile Certification from Leadership Circle in 2023, ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in 2022, Taking Flight with DISC from Take Flight Learning in 2018, and Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute in 2013.
