Laura Emery, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2022, Laura previously held positions as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist at Exponent, as well as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Generalist at Hay Group. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Human Resources Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at The American College, and a Human Resources Leadership Program Intern at Merck, where critical engagement plans were developed during a significant merger.
