Lea Sanders

Lea Sanders, MSW, LSW, currently serves as a Housing Coordinator at AmeriHealth Caritas, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Lea was the Program Manager of Prevention and Diversion Services at HopePHL from January 2023 to March 2025, and worked as an FES Case Manager at Youth Service, Inc. from December 2019 to May 2022. Additional experience includes an internship at Back on My Feet, a role as a Foster Care Case Manager at theVillage 1877, and leadership as a Team Leader with AmeriCorps NCCC. Lea also completed internships focusing on community outreach with Youth For Peace and Save Cambodia, and served as a Counselor at Camps 'R' Us for several years. Lea obtained a Master of Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2022 and earlier studied at Chestnut Hill College.
