Lyn Kugel currently serves as the Board Chair for the Delaware County Workforce Development Board and as the Workforce Initiatives Director at AmeriHealth Caritas. Previously, Lyn held the position of Director of Corporate Engagement at the Jefferson Institute for Bioprocessing at Jefferson University from April 2019 to March 2022, and was involved with the American College of Physicians as part of Academic/Group Programs from November 2015 to March 2019. Lyn's experience also includes serving as Vice President at PathWays PA from October 2007 to November 2015 and as a Board Member for the Lower Merion School District from 2003 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School, respectively.
