Marci Kramer

Marci Kramer currently serves as the Director of Quality for Long Term Services and Supports at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kramer held various positions at PA Health & Wellness from October 2017 to August 2022, including Director of Quality Improvement and Quality Improvement Manager. Additional experience includes serving as Project Director for External Quality Review at Delmarva Foundation from 1994 to 2017, where duties involved directing external quality review activities and conducting compliance audits for Medicaid managed care organizations. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at the Delaware Department of Health and Human Resources, overseeing a project for early intervention services for infants and toddlers with disabilities. Kramer's educational background includes a Master of Health Services Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Behavioral Health from Penn State University.
