Mark Rosenstein is the Director of Government & External Affairs for AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania. With extensive experience in both the executive and legislative branches of Pennsylvania government, Mark previously served as a Government Affairs Specialist with Stevens & Lee and held positions in the Governor’s Office, including Director of Legislative Affairs for the Department of Human Services and the Department of Aging. Mark has also worked as a Legislative Assistant for various state Senators, managed legislative agendas for private sector companies, and oversaw operations of multiple firms employing a significant workforce. Mark earned a Bachelor of Humanities in American Studies, Communications, and Public Policy from Penn State University.
