Melissa Major is an experienced leader in training and population health management, currently serving as Ld Director of Knowledge Management and Colleague Readiness at CVS Health and as Corporate Director of Population Health Training at AmeriHealth Caritas. With a solid background in training management at organizations such as Point32Health, Cardinal Health, Medtronic, and Covidien, Melissa has demonstrated expertise in developing training strategies, managing teams, and creating curriculum that meets organizational needs. Melissa holds a Master of Applied Science in Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Continuing Education Certificate in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.
