Michael Malchon

Michael Malchon, HRPM, has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, primarily focusing on people analytics and talent management. Currently serving as an HRIS Solutions Partner at AmeriHealth Caritas since September 2016, Michael has led efforts to enhance HR leaders' access to valuable data, dynamic dashboards, and strategic analytical solutions. Previous roles include HR Business Analyst and Talent Management Program Administrator at AmeriHealth Caritas, where Michael spearheaded HR analytics strategies and supported talent management initiatives. Prior to that, experience was gained at BAYADA Home Health Care as Program Manager for Leadership Development and Talent Management, at Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Talent Management Analyst, and as a Survey Analyst/Statistician at DBi Services. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Relations from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
