Michele Smith

Michele Smith, PHR, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, holding various positions since 2006. Michele began as an HR Generalist at Compass Group, Support Services, where responsibilities included advising management on employee relations and handling terminations. Subsequent roles included HR Generalist positions at Alpha Systems and Healthcare Services Group, Inc., with a focus on employee administration, FMLA compliance, and ADA processes. Michele served as a Senior Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist at EveryStory Partners and is currently an Associate Relations Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas. Additionally, Michele has experience as an Independent Senior Consultant at Pampered Chef, leading and mentoring team members while promoting kitchen tools and accessories.
