Monte Speicher

Monte Speicher has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Monte is currently working as the Vice President of Retail Sales and Marketing at AmeriHealth Caritas since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Growth & Performance, Exchange at AmeriHealth Caritas from 2022 to 2024.

Before joining AmeriHealth Caritas, Monte worked at Wunderman Thompson Health from 2015 to 2022. Monte held the positions of Senior Vice President of Campaign Strategy from 2019 to 2022 and Vice President of Campaign Strategy from 2015 to 2019.

From 2014 to 2018, Monte worked at Wunderman where they held the roles of Director of Campaign Strategy from 2017 to 2018 and Senior Direct Response Strategist from 2014 to 2017.

Prior to their time at Wunderman, they co-owned and managed Cutter's Brewing Company, a microbrewery, from 2010 to 2015.

Monte also worked at KBM Group as the Vice President of Client Services from 2009 to 2012.

Before that, they held multiple positions at Finelight Strategic Marketing Communications from 1999 to 2009, including Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2009, Senior Vice President/Account Director from 2004 to 2007, and Account Executive from 1999 to 2004.

Monte's career began at Harrison College, where they worked as an Admissions Representative from 1996 to 1999.

Monte Speicher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Northwood University from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they earned two Associate of Science degrees in Business and Accounting from Harrison College from 1993 to 1996. In terms of additional certifications, Monte obtained a certification in Agile Project Leadership from LinkedIn in 2021.
