Nicole Cerman

Nicole Cerman, MHA, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Population Health Strategy & Planning at AmeriHealth Caritas, where responsibilities include leading the annual goal development and managing the Population Health & Quality organization. Previously, Cerman held several key positions at Indiana University Health, including Director of Community Health and Director of Riley Maternity & Newborn Health, where significant contributions were made to develop nationally recognized health programs and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Cerman has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health and has a robust background in operational leadership, project management, and healthcare administration. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Health Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University School of Medicine, along with a fellowship from the Tobias Leadership program.
