Paul Runk

Paul Runk is the Government and External Affairs Director at AmeriHealth Caritas, overseeing Medicaid, ACA, and dual eligible plans in New Hampshire and Florida, as well as engaging in PBM legislation. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Vice President of Government Programs at the Florida Association of Health Plans, where responsibilities included liaison work with state agencies and lobbying on key issues related to Medicaid and children's health programs. Paul has extensive experience in legislative affairs, including positions at the Florida Department of Health, where roles ranged from Director of Legislative Affairs to Government Analyst, and at the Florida Senate as a Legislative Assistant. Paul holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida State University.
