Randy Johnson

Randy Johnson, MBA, CIP-II, currently serves as Manager of Strategy and Growth in the Exchange Division at AmeriHealth Caritas since July 2022. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at GeoIntelligence Insights, LLC, since March 2017, Randy has utilized expertise in market and demographic intelligence obtained through previous roles, including a Consultant position at GuideWell, where work involved market, competitor, and geospatial intelligence. Additional experience includes strategic planning at Life & Specialty Ventures, LLC., corporate planning management at The Schwan Food Company, and strategic market consulting at Tangram International. Randy also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Southwest Minnesota State University. Educational qualifications include an MBA focusing on Finance and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology from the University of North Florida.
