Scott Mullaney

Scott Mullaney has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Scott began their career at Prudential as a Property and Casualty Underwriter, where they evaluated risk and eventually supervised a team of underwriters. In 1994, they joined Aetna as a Claim Manager and later took on roles as Service Center Head and Senior Director, Head of Aetna Dental Operations. In these positions, they managed large teams and was responsible for member calls, claims, and budgeting. Scott also led the implementation of a new medical service model for national accounts. From 2011 to 2015, they served as Senior Director, Head of Small Group/Middle Market Operations at Aetna, overseeing customer service professionals and claim processors. Since 2016, they have been working as Vice President, Contact Center Operations at AmeriHealth Caritas.

Scott Mullaney obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Nova Southeastern University between 1989 and 1991. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor of Science in Professional Management from the same institution, although the specific years are unknown.
