Shana Terrell

Shana Terrell has extensive experience in the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at AmeriHealth Caritas since August 2018, after progressing through various analytical and operational roles within the same organization. Previously, Shana held the position of Business Systems Analyst II at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey for a brief period in 2018. Shana's career at AmeriHealth Caritas began in 2009 with roles that included Facets Business Systems Analyst and Operations Team Lead, where Shana provided administrative and technical support and focused on staff training and development.
