Stephen Lalli is a seasoned network engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at AmeriHealth Caritas since May 2011, Stephen has led critical projects including WAN migrations, switch refresh initiatives, and the rollout of F5 GTM. Responsibilities encompass assuming managerial duties in senior management's absence, configuring network security protocols, and providing 24/7 support for network issues. Stephen has also played a key role in training and mentoring engineers while ensuring efficient network operations through thorough monitoring and strategic problem-solving. Prior to AmeriHealth Caritas, Stephen held various roles at Keystone Mercy Health Plan, including Service Desk Analyst II and Service Desk Team Lead.
