Tom Cahill

Tom Cahill is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in the banking industry, including 12 years dedicated to Human Resources leadership. Currently, Tom serves as the Director of Operations at AmeriHealth Caritas after holding the position of Executive Director and Head of North America Employee Relations Support at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they led a large team and guided HR transformation efforts. Tom earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, History from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Their expertise includes HR operations, employee relations, compliance management, and program development.
