Tom Harvey

Tom Harvey is an experienced professional in the field of instructional design and learning technology, currently serving as the LMS Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since October 2012. In this role, Tom develops mobile learning and eLearning strategies, creates web-based learning solutions, and manages SharePoint strategies for the department. Previous experience includes positions such as Learning Technology Analyst at AstraZeneca, where Tom managed learning technology platforms and collaborated on instructional technology solutions, and Lead Instructional Designer/Web Developer at First Data Corporation. Tom holds a .NET Certification from Penn State University, a PMP Project Management Certification from Villanova University, a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems from Penn State Great Valley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Penn State University.
