budget management, general contracting, construction

A true leader in sustainable building solutions, Ameris’ Dusk Apartments (formerly Equinox Apartments) was the first true net-zero energy complex nation-wide. Ameris’ MZ Scottsdale, an award-winning, multi-family property in the heart of Scottsdale, sold for a record-setting $9.2million – the highest price per apartment in Metropolitan Phoenix ($533 per square foot). Additionally, Ameris was a co-developer in 2020 for the Verde Park Condominium project.
