Mandy Hall

Mandy Hall has an extensive work experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in onboarding and resources for retail divisions. Mandy has held various roles in multiple companies, starting with LC Communication Inc. as an Operations Manager. Mandy then transitioned to AT&T as a Sales Support Representative, where they focused on customer service and store operations. Mandy's experience in the mortgage industry began with American Pacific Mortgage, where they worked as an Integration Coordinator, handling onboarding for thousands of employees nationwide. Mandy went on to work as an Onboarding Coordinator for Academy Mortgage Corporation and Premier Mortgage Resources, where they managed the onboarding process and coordinated with HR. Mandy later joined Pinnacle Home Loans as a Branch Resources & Production Coordinator, overseeing onboarding and payroll for 300 employees in the western region. Mandy then moved to Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc. as an Onboarding Manager, expanding the company's West Coast operations and implementing Trello software for onboarding. Mandy's most recent role was with AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation, where they started as a Director of Retail Onboarding & Resources, playing a crucial role in building the retail division to 72 branches and 600 employees across the US within a year. Mandy developed a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for new hires. In 2023, Mandy will join Big Valley Mortgage as a Human Resources Manager.

Mandy Hall attended American High School from 2001 onwards and obtained their High School Diploma. In 2014, they enrolled in Heald College to study Medical Billing & Coding.
