Earl Williams

Earl Williams has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry with a focus on project and program management. Earl is currently working as a Senior Project Manager at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. since June 2023.

Previously, Earl worked at UnitedHealth Group for a total of 16 years. At UnitedHealth Group, they held various roles including IT Director from February 2015 to June 2023, where they were responsible for portfolio and product management, as well as supporting agile transformation across the organization. Before that, they served as a Program Delivery Manager from January 2011 to February 2015, overseeing the delivery of mobile applications using agile methodologies. Earl also worked as a Senior Program Manager from October 2007 to January 2011.

Prior to their tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Earl held the position of Project Manager at C.H.Robinson Worldwide from September 2004 to 2007. Earl also worked as a Senior Consultant at Inetium in 2004 and as a Technical Lead at Siemens EMA from 1998 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Earl has gained expertise in portfolio and program management, agile methodologies, mobile technology, and health care applications.

Earl Williams completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus from 1988 to 1991. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems, General at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
