James Lawentman

James Lawentman has a diverse and extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Most recently, they served as the Talent Acquisition Leader at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SageSure Insurance Managers as a Talent Acquisition professional from 2020 to 2021. From 2018 to 2019, James worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sapiens. James also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avis Budget Group from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, James served as a Senior Resource and Training Specialist at msg global solutions from 2011 to 2015, where they developed global talent acquisition strategies, managed resources, and implemented best practices. Prior to that, they held the role of Assistant Vice President at Allied World Assurance from 2003 to 2010 and Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager of Casualty Facultative Reinsurance at SCOR from 1991 to 2001.

James Lawentman obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus, starting in 2014. James also holds a B.S. in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. In February 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Additionally, they are certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
