Jenifer Higgins

Jenifer Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jenifer began their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at Macy's in 2002 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Call Quality Assurance Representative at Express Scripts. In 2015, Jenifer joined Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. as a Claims Processing Specialist, where they were responsible for composing and editing professional correspondence. In 2016, they moved to AmeriTrust Group, Inc. as a Claims Operations Specialist, focusing on Workman's Compensation claims and data reporting. Jenifer has also pursued their creative passions as a Visual Artist, specializing in embroidery and fabric work. Jenifer has showcased their pieces at various exhibitions. In 2017, they started working as a Freelance Writer, showcasing their literary skills and creativity.

Jenifer Higgins received their high school diploma in English Language and Literature, General from Ashland High School in 1996. Jenifer then pursued further education at Kent State University from 1996 to 2000, studying Psychology.
