Lauren Bartlett

Lauren Bartlett has a diverse work experience, starting as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut in 2008. Lauren quickly progressed to become an Assistant Manager and later a Restaurant General Manager. During this time, they managed a diverse customer base, handled financial documentation, and was in charge of hiring and training employees.

In 2010, Lauren worked as a Server at Andiamo Livonia and Mitchell's Fish Market, where they provided superior customer service and developed strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Lauren then transitioned into the field of IT, starting as an Intern at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. in 2013. In this role, they provided IT help desk support and worked with various internal applications and systems. This experience led to their becoming an IT Systems Analyst, where they performed quality testing and provided technical support for internal and external users.

Lauren's career in IT continued as they joined Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. in 2013. Lauren initially worked as an Underwriting Intern and was responsible for data input and quality control. Later, they became a Business Analyst and worked on multiple projects with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions for various departments. Subsequently, they worked as a System Analyst, providing technical support for internal users and working with reinsurance accounting and finance modules.

Most recently, Lauren held the position of Senior Systems Analyst at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., where they continued to provide technical support for internal users.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated versatility, strong technical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Lauren Bartlett completed their education in a series of institutions and fields of study. Lauren began their educational journey at Schoolcraft College from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Business Transfer Associates Degree in General Business. Following this, they attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Business Management & Information Technology Management. Lauren pursued further academic achievements at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completing their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from 2013 to 2016.
