Troy Feltman

Troy Feltman has a diverse background in executive-level administration and consulting services for various municipal organizations and consulting firms. Troy has experience as an Account Executive at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Village Administrator for the Village of Chesaning starting in 2014 and as the Managing Partner of Feltman Consulting Services since 2005. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Community Development Consultant/Senior Planner at OHM Advisors. Troy also held roles as the Township Superintendent for Bath Charter Township from 2007 to 2013, the Administrator/Controller for St. Clair County from 1999 to 2004, and the Administrator for Gratiot County from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they served as the City Manager for the City of Ithaca from 1991 to 1997, the City Manager for the City of Grant from 1990 to 1991, and the Assistant City Manager for the City of Newaygo from 1989 to 1990. Throughout their career, Troy has demonstrated expertise in community development, strategic planning, project management, and organizational development.

Troy Feltman holds a Doctor of Public Administration degree from Western Michigan University, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from the same university between 1986 and 1988. Their earliest degree is a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Central Michigan University, which they completed from 1981 to 1986.
