Troy Feltman has a diverse background in executive-level administration and consulting services for various municipal organizations and consulting firms. Troy has experience as an Account Executive at AmeriTrust Group, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Village Administrator for the Village of Chesaning starting in 2014 and as the Managing Partner of Feltman Consulting Services since 2005. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Community Development Consultant/Senior Planner at OHM Advisors. Troy also held roles as the Township Superintendent for Bath Charter Township from 2007 to 2013, the Administrator/Controller for St. Clair County from 1999 to 2004, and the Administrator for Gratiot County from 1997 to 1999.
