Shawn OConnell

Shawn OConnell is the Director of Implementation at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, where they oversee program execution and enhance organizational efficiency by leading a team of Project Managers. Previously, Shawn served as the Director of Operations at Reflex Integrated Inc, focusing on operational excellence and process refinement. With a robust background in management, Shawn has held various roles including General Manager at both Starbucks and Cineplex, where they implemented corporate initiatives and managed multi-million-dollar budgets. They also gained experience as a National Project Manager at VetStrategy, driving national projects and promoting cross-functional collaboration. Shawn is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management at Athabasca University, building on a foundation that includes a Bachelor's degree from the same institution and a DEC in Social Science from Vanier College.
