Ryan McAdams

Ryan McAdams is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader with extensive experience in sustainable manufacturing and advertising. As the Founder and CEO of AMERMIN since November 2017, Ryan specializes in the recovery and refining of critical materials such as Tungsten, Cobalt, Nickel, and Copper. In addition, Ryan has been serving as the President and Managing Member of Drill Bit Exchange since September 2013. Prior experience includes a role in account management and strategic development at Arts + Labor, contributing to notable projects for brands like Shiner Beer, Whole Foods, and Dell Computers. Ryan began their professional journey as a Marketing Intern at The Palladium Ballroom and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Strategic Communication, and Marketing from the University of North Texas.
