James (JT) Thompson has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Ames Construction since April 2014, following roles as General Superintendent and Superintendent. Prior experience includes a tenure as General Superintendent at Kiewit from February 2008 to March 2014, and Superintendent at Rummel Construction, Inc. from August 2005 to December 2007. James also held the position of Foreman at American Asphalt & Grading from January 2002 to August 2005 and served as Master-at-Arms in the US Navy from August 1992 to March 2000.
