Philip Ryder

Philip Ryder is an experienced environmental manager with a robust background in environmental compliance and geology. Currently serving as Environmental Manager for Ames Construction, Philip oversees environmental compliance across projects in the Western US, focusing on air and water quality, permit tracking, and employee training, while actively engaging with various professional organizations such as the IECA and Geological Society of America. Previously, Philip held environmental management roles in multiple companies, including AMEC Environment & Infrastructure and Kiewit, where responsibilities included SWPPP development, permitting, and environmental training. Additionally, Philip has experience in exploration geology with Resolution Copper and USGS, alongside teaching positions at Chandler/Gilbert Community College. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.
