Richard Ginder

Richard Ginder, PE, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in heavy civil construction. Currently serving as a Senior Project Control Manager and Senior Schedule Manager at Ames Construction since February 2013, Richard specializes in projects involving transportation, dams, power plants, and coal ash reclamation. Previously, Richard held various positions at Granite Construction, including Regional Scheduler and Schedule Manager, overseeing critical schedules for a $1.3 billion light rail project. Additionally, Richard has a background as a Project Scheduler, Design Build Coordinator, Change Order Manager, Estimator, and Field Engineer across notable projects. Richard's early career included a role as a Geotechnical Engineer at GROUND Engineering, focusing on material testing and subsurface investigations. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1991.
