Tara Leeper

Tara Leeper is an experienced Corporate Compliance Officer at Ames Construction since October 2010, where responsibilities include the development of compliance policies and oversight of the ethics/compliance hotline. Previously, Tara served as a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Law Team at ADC from February 2006 to October 2010, focusing on commercial and corporate initiatives, contract assembly, and global legal support for the General Counsel and Board of Directors. Earlier experience includes working as a Legal Assistant in Family Law at Counters Law Office, Ltd. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Rasmussen College-Minnesota, obtained in 2009, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management with a legal emphasis, completed in 2001.
