Aditya Kumar

Aditya Kumar is a seasoned mechanical design professional with a robust background in avionics and ruggedized equipment for military applications. Currently serving as Technical Lead at AMETEK since January 2022, Aditya specializes in mechanical enclosure design for Avionics LRU's. Previous experience includes a managerial role at TATA Advanced Systems Limited from September 2016 to January 2022, overseeing the mechanical design of ruggedized racks and consoles for military deployment. Aditya's career began at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited from November 2007 to August 2016, where multiple roles were held, including Manager Design focused on avionics. Earlier, Aditya was a Manager in Mechanical Maintenance at Reliance Industries Limited. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University, a refresher course in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
