Dave Barrera

Dave Barrera currently serves as Vice President of Engineering for Power Quality Solutions at AMETEK, overseeing the manufacturing of critical power supply products for diverse markets such as medical and semiconductor industries. Prior to this role, Barrera was the Director of Engineering at Unico LLC, focusing on high-performance variable frequency drives. Barrera's extensive experience at Eaton included positions as Engineering Manager, Supervisor of Firmware Engineering, Firmware Team Lead, and Firmware Engineer, contributing significantly to firmware development and team leadership. Earlier in the career, Barrera held an engineering position at Associated Research. Barrera holds a Master's degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
