David Needham

David Needham, SPHR, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at AMETEK, overseeing HR functions for multiple business units across locations in New York, Mexico, and California since October 2022. Previously, David held roles at Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities included leading HR teams for the Northeast region, and at JetBlue Airways, focusing on labor relations. David's earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff/Director of Human Resources at Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation, and as an Executive Assistant to United States Congressman Steve Israel. David's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree from Penn State University, a Bachelor's degree from SUNY Empire State College, and an Associate's degree from Suffolk County Community College.
