Max Schmidbauer is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in controlling and financial management. Currently serving as the Business Unit Controller at AMETEK since July 2022, Max leads a team across continents and holds commercial responsibility for a business unit, while acting as a business partner for corporate initiatives under US GAAP. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Controller at CA Immobilien Anlagen AG focusing on Central and Eastern Europe, and CFO/Regional Controller at VAMED, where Max was responsible for all projects in the LATAM region.
