Rich Walker

Rich Walker, CSP, serves as the Group Director of Environmental, Safety, and Health at AMETEK since April 2018, providing support for global manufacturing through improvements and training. Previously, at Aquion Energy, Rich held the position of EHS Senior Manager, overseeing compliance and training for dual manufacturing and research facilities. Rich's career includes roles such as HES Superintendent and Manager of Environmental, Safety and Health at Comtech Industries, focusing on program development across multi-site steel operations. Engagement in large-scale projects is highlighted by time at Commonwealth Renewable Energy, contributing to the construction of an ethanol plant while managing site EHS programs. Prior experience at Sony Electronics involved leadership roles in safety and health for a significant television glass manufacturing plant and engineering responsibilities in safety program development for a large employee complex. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences/Engineering from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
