Ryan Nelson is an experienced executive in business development and management, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development (M&A) at AMETEK since January 2023, focusing on acquisition targets for the Aerospace & Power Group. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Vice President - General Manager at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense from January 2019 to January 2023, overseeing all operational aspects of Warren A&D. Previously, Ryan was with CIRCOR International, Inc. for nearly a decade in various roles, including Sr. Director of Business Development (M&A & Strategic Planning), where responsibilities included market analysis and strategic planning. Earlier career experience includes positions in supply chain and operations management at Honeywell International. Ryan holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University.
