Scott Close

Scott Close is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Division VP of IT for AMETEK since July 2024, Scott has held significant positions at PSG, a Dover company, as Senior Director of Information Technology from March 2019 to June 2024, and at Dover Corporation, where responsibilities included Director of Information Technology for the Dover Refrigeration & Food Equipment Segment and Applications Center of Excellence Leader from November 2012 to March 2019. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology and Business Applications Development Manager at Knowles Corporation from April 2004 to October 2012, Director of Enterprise Applications at Braun Consulting from June 1996 to March 2004, and Consultant at IPC Group from January 1993 to May 1996. Scott Close's academic foundation was established at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
