Tom Matway

Tom Matway is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the materials and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at AMETEK Engineered Materials since July 2021, Tom previously held leadership roles at AMETEK Specialty Metal Products, where responsibilities included Vice President and General Manager as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Tom's tenure at ATI Flat Rolled Products spanned 17 years, during which various titles were held including Vice President of Sheet Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. Tom started a career at Raytheon Aircraft as Regional Sales Director before working at Alcoa, where key positions included Sales Manager for Aerospace and Manager of Europe Sales and Marketing. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
