Ryan Kool

Ryan Kool is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at AMEWAS, Inc. since May 2021, Ryan's prior roles include Senior Software Engineer positions at Ag Leader Technology, Union Pacific Railroad, and Macy's Systems and Technology. A significant portion of Ryan's career was spent at Phoenix Software International, where responsibilities included designing and developing the Entrypoint Plus software package, migrating outdated applications to modern architectures, and implementing robust server-client communication protocols. Additionally, Ryan's foundational experience includes roles at Systems Technology Associates and TMT Software Company, alongside service as an Armor Officer in the U.S. Army during the Persian Gulf War. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Carolina University.
