Mark Brown

Mark Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business planning across various sectors. Currently serving as Strategy Director at Amey since August 2023, Mark is a member of the senior management team. Prior to this role, Mark was Delivery Director at Aczel, where leadership of strategy work in the infrastructure sector was a key responsibility. Mark's career also includes significant positions at Amey, Halcrow Group Ltd, and Halcrow, where responsibilities ranged from business development to managing consulting operations with a focus on planning, economics, and environmental sectors. Mark holds an MSc and PhD in Transport & Welfare Economics from Cranfield University, and a BSc in Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Wolverhampton.
