Tom Cox

Tom Cox is a commercially focused consulting leader with extensive experience in business growth, turnaround, and transformation across multi-sector infrastructure. They served as General Manager at Amey, where they led a multi-disciplinary team, managing a portfolio valued at approximately £10m per annum and held P&L responsibility. Tom also excelled in various leadership roles within Amey, including Delivery Director and Senior Delivery Director, overseeing contracts totaling over £350m in construction value annually. They graduated with a BA(Hons) in Politics and History from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and completed a Master’s in Management with distinction at Salford Business School. Currently, Tom is enhancing their expertise through an Executive Education Programme in Mergers & Acquisitions at Imperial College Business School.
