Tom Lee

Tom Lee has extensive experience in commercial management, currently serving as the Commercial Director at Amey Complex Facilities since February 2018. Prior roles include Commercial Director at Carillion from April 2010 to February 2018, where responsibilities encompassed two joint venture businesses focused on response maintenance and project work across the UK with a turnover exceeding £500 million annually. Previously, Tom held the position of Regional Commercial Director for the Western Region at Connaught PLC from July 2004 to March 2010, and Commercial Director at Allenbuild from July 1999 to July 2004. Early career experience includes serving as an Area Quantity Surveyor at Wiggin's Gee and as a Commercial Manager at Costain.
