Michael Fortier

Michael Fortier has extensive experience in mechanical design and product management, currently serving as Product Team Lead at AMF Bakery Systems since 2006. In this role, Michael leads teams of 2 to 12 mechanical designers, overseeing the production timelines of 3D Solid Edge Bill of Materials. Previously, Michael held positions including Responsable de Produit Mécanique I, where responsibilities included supervising designers and conducting inspections of conveyor systems and machinery, and Dessinateur-Concepteur Technicien en Génie Mécanique, focusing on assembly and detail drawings. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Drafter at Design ECMS and as a Process Technician at Saargummi. Michael holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bishop's University and a DEC in Mechanical Engineering from Cegep Sherbrooke.
