Andi E. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Receptionist at Darden Restaurants in 1998 and later became an Office Administrator, handling various responsibilities such as managing the CEO's calendar and providing general office support. In 2001, Andi transitioned to the role of Membership & Education Assistant at the same company before becoming a Manager of Education in 2002.

In 2006, Andi joined AMGA: Advancing High Performance Health as a Director of Education & Meetings, where they were responsible for managing teams and planning conferences and targeted meetings. They also played a key role in maintaining the accreditation status of the association. Over the years, they progressed to the position of Senior Director, Education & Meetings before assuming their current role as the Vice President, Education & Meetings in January 2019.

Andi E. began their education journey in 1989 at McDonough High School. They completed their high school education there in 1993. During this time, Andi also attended Munich American High School from 1989 to 1993. After completing high school, Andi enrolled at the College of Southern Maryland from 1993 to 1995.
